Colonial Ponce

Less than two hours away from San Juan is the must-see city of Ponce. The former Spanish capital of the south, Ponce features the largest Caribbean Museum of Art, neoclassical architecture, and the colorful square of Plaza Las Delicias.

The city of Ponce is an enchanting portrait of colonial history, architecture, and culture. You'll visit the city's famous 19th century fire station, the Ponce Cathedral, and the Museum of Art. Discover the popular sites of El Vigía Cross and the Serrallés Castle, former home of the island's oldest rum producing family. Before you leave, don't forget to snack on local specialties at the La Guancha boardwalk!

Rico Sun Tours will direct you to the closest pick-up location when you make your reservation. Children ages 2 and younger participate for free.

If you do not call ahead, you will not be guaranteed a place on the tour. At the time of pick-up, please present your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the driver; one voucher per person.
